From 'Ohana to Hawaiian

Pilots interviewing with ‘Ohana by Hawaiian will have the opportunity to apply to Hawaiian Airlines' “Flow-Through” hiring program. Candidates accepted to the program will be able to transition to Hawaiian Airlines after flying with ‘Ohana by Hawaiian as pilots in good standing for two years and achieving certain required qualifications.

Repair & Maintain

What happens on the ground is as important as what happens on the air. From routine maintenance to unscheduled repairs, our on-site maintenance team makes sure our aircraft is in perfect working order prior to takeoff.

We strive to provide our Maintenance Department with the resources and opportunities to perform at the highest standard. We emphasize a safe working environment and promote a culture of open, honest and direct communication, making Empire Airlines a great place to work.

Our maintenance facilities operate 24/7, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our fleet of ATRs. This includes preventative maintenance, line maintenance and scheduled inspections up to and including 'A-Checks.' Engine changes, sheet metal and composite repairs are all accomplished in-house by our maintenance professionals in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies and procedures.
